Brigham and Women's Hospital

Brigham and Women's Hospital is a major teaching hospital associated with Harvard Medical School. This hospital offers a full range of medical and surgical services for adults, an obstetrics and gynecology service, and a level three neonatal intensive care unit. The cytogenetics laboratory that serves the Harvard Medical School community is also located at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Genetics training at Brigham and Women's Hospital is focused on adult and prenatal genetics. In addition, during the Brigham and Women's Hospital rotation, residents attend two half-day clinics a week at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), where they are exposed to cancer genetics.
